RUBY HOTEL & BAR - POOL

Overnight guests of Ruby Hotel & Bar can enjoy the naturally shaded pool and seasonal poolside service. Guests can swim in the pool from 10AM to 10PM daily, and order cocktail pitchers, buckets of beer and rose along with lunch bites from the poolside menu Thursday-Sunday from 12PM-close. *No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed at the pool.

A scenic lagoon bordered by limestone bluffs along the South Fork of the San Gabriel River, Blue Hole Park is located five blocks from Downtown Georgetown.

7A RANCH - POOL & BLANCO RIVER ACCESS

333 Wayside Drive, Wimberley, TX

Guests of 7A Ranch have more than one way to cool down! Grab a drink at the Pool Cantina, swim in the pool overlooking the Blanco River, let the young’uns enjoy the sweet splash pad or head down to 7A’s direct access to the Blanco River for a day of river sitting, floating or kayaking. The possibilities for summer are endless at 7A Ranch!

Day passes to the Blanco River are also available on a first come, first served basis through 7A Ranch Office at Blanco River Outfitters.

Suns out, pool completed SOON! We are nearing completion on our new pool + pool bar construction at Wimberley Inn + Bar, but in the meantime, guests have access to the pool and Blanco River at our sister property, 7A Ranch. We cannot wait to welcome you at the Wimberley Inn + Bar Pool!

BLUE HOLE REGIONAL PARK

Blue Hole Regional Park is a natural, spring-fed swimming hole located about half a mile from our property at Wimberley Inn + Bar. This is a popular Texas destination in summer for swimming in the crystal clear water surrounded by cypress trees. *Swimming reservations required.

JACOB’S WELL NATURAL AREA

1699 Mt. Sharp Road, Wimberley, TX, 78676

UPDATE as of 6/29: Swimming at Jacob’s Well is temporarily suspended due to bacteria levels.

Jacob’s Well Natural Area spreads out a little over 81 acres. The well is an artesian spring that releases thousands of gallons of water a day, and is home to the second-largest fully submerged cave in Texas. Like Blue Hole Regional Park, Jacob’s Well is a popular Texas swimming destination, and swimming reservations are required.

CYPRESS CREEKK FALLS SWIMMING HOLE

Access spots along the Frio River in Garner State Park by taking an easy half mile hike along Blinn River Trail. Make sure to check before you hike to see if the trail is closed due to erosion.
