General Manager, Karla Sanchez

Karla Sanchez’s appreciation and understanding for hospitality is inspired by her mother, a lifelong hotelier. During Karla’s 12 years in the industry, she has worked in every department from Housekeeping, Breakfast, Front-Desk and Management. During her career, she has had the opportunity to work alongside some of the leading women in Texas Hospitality, as well as carve out her own place as General Manager of a Top Ten Hampton for two straight years. Now Karla uses this guidance along with her experience to lead the way at Wimberley Inn + Bar.

Executive Chef, Stef Immel

We are excited to announce a new member of our Wimberley Inn + Bar team: Executive Chef Stef Immel! Chef Stef believes food is best when it is raised and grown in harmony with nature, and draws inspiration from local, seasonal + organic ingredients. Her career spans across the country from Colorado, Montana, Boston and New York, and now back to her Texas roots in the Hill Country. She has been featured in Texas Monthly for her hands-on cooking classes focusing on farm fresh ingredients. We look forward to sharing her new dishes with all of you!

Head Bartender, Lindsay Goff

Lindsay Goff, originally from Patterson, New York, got her first taste of working in the food + beverage industry at the age of 14. She began working at her uncle’s Irish pub + restaurant where she took on every role possible from front of house to back. Lindsay later attended Buffalo State College to study communications and joined the women’s softball team - which shows today in her great communication skills + team work! We’re happy that she decided to move to Austin “on a whim,” which brought her to Wimberley Inn + Bar!
